I found this website a couple of months ago. We haven't had the opportunity to use the material yet, but I thought it had a lot of usable materials and best of all it's FREE. It's focus is to help equip teens to share their faith with their friends and to deepen their personal walk with God.

I especially found their Worldview Evangelism Tips Page beneficial. It dedicates a page for each different type of worldview (Agnostic, Atheist, Jehovah's Witness, Muslim, Wicca, Satanism.. etc) and tells you what they believe and what the bible teaches about what they believe and things to remember as you share and minister with people who have these types of belief systems.
